...and when there was no meat, we ate fowl and when there was no fowl, we ate crawdad and when there was no crawdad to be found, we ate sand.
@Mere On my way to work today I spotted a very old looking pontiac with the license plate PMP ON DL
Not so Down Low if you ask me.
Yup, that was me who deleted. I just came on here to say that Weather Underground cracks me up twofold, one for the times it's told me that tomorrow will be MUCH COOLER than Today, when today is 102 and tomorrow is 98. Also, the name itself, "Weather Underground," I just crack up every time. Who doesn't want to get their weather from a group of radicals from the 60s?
@Inkcrafter Who knows... we could have the same Matthew. Mine is a musician. He broke my heart, as I am sure he's broken many-a-heart, and possibly yours. The bullish nature of the nickname comes from a place of deep pain, no doubt.
@bitzyboozer That one is certainly my favorite. The worst part about it is I run into him all the time and I don't always remember his name right away, but I ALWAYS remember Queerly Canadian.
@MoonBat Once or twice I mentioned it was outside, behind the shed, and to the left, but then I realized he's slightly autistic and it was probably really mean of me.
@Nutmeg Oh I get that.
There was Manic-Depressive Matthew, the Queerly Canadian, IMDB, The Mormon... the list goes on for me.
@Felicia UGH! GEJA'S! I don't understand how fondue is supposed to be sexy. I don't know about you, but I don't feel like getting down to nasty business after I've stuffed myself with a few pounds of melted cheese and bread.
@Euglena I used to host a traveling band and their drummer would without fail, even if he'd been in my house 10 times before ask the question, "Do you have a bathroom?"
Not where is the bathroom, could you show me to the bathroom? But do you HAVE a bathroom. That memory never fails to make me smile.
@Brynn @twitter I also am off my Nerdist kick! What happened? I can't figure out what it is about that podcast but I really don't like it anymore.
I recommend Marc Maron's WTF podcast. That one will never let me down.
@Lemonnier I also got tickets! But for Chicago. I am sort of bummed because I initially had orchestra seats on reserve but something went glitchy with the web site and it wouldn't accept my credit card. Fast forward to the next morning, card works fine, but I am now up in the balcony. Rat farts! It will still be AWESOME, no matter where I sit.
