On Beauty Q&A: If You See Something, Say Something

@Dancercise Also re: wide calves - J Crew does awesome quality extended calf boots up to 17-18"; Frye's Melissa Button goes up to 15"; right now Enzo Angiolini, Adrienne Vittadini, and Michael Kors have standard-calf styles out with strong elastic gore running up the shaft that isn't uncomfortably tight on my 19-20" calves. Check Piperlime's extended calf section or just keep an open mind and look for that detail when you're wandering bereft among the thin shafts at Nordstrom. Lastly, if you really wanna do it up right, Duo Boots has GORGEOUS boots in every style/color/calf size (look at these on Jay Miranda - http://jaymiranda.com/post/11708347937/raspberry-suede) for what you'd pay for decent Fryes, JCrews, or low end Michael Kors. I am fond of the Aubins and the Brindisis. Actually one more thing: in the same vein as the ones on Ms Miranda, I walked away from these http://www.dsw.com/shoe/enzo+angiolini+yabbo+boot?prodId=268347&productRef=SEARCH at DSW yesterday (can't be droppin' $120 on suede boots I can't wear in the snow right now) but someone needs to get them because they are the sour cream to athletic calves' pumkin, the apricot jam to our triple-cream brie.
