You think this might be Doctor D? Really?! I love that Dude.
I'd like to second that nomination.
@Lauren: Yes! Thank you.
KatieWalsh, you should be one of the rotating girls that dispenses advice in this column.
Me too. It's crazy how awash in communal good feeling and connected to the world at large I feel, just based on your comment regarding this small shared quirk.
YEESSSSSSS. I've never understood the obsessive fear of visible panty line, either - why (oh god WHYY) is this a concern? Why do we need to fool the world into thinking that we don't wear underpants? Is wearing underpants some horrible, shameful thing? Thank you, Hairpin and karrren, for validating my irrational rage over this issue.
Fellow DIY barber! I cut my own hair too and have done so for years. (In addition to hating small talk, I'm also cheap and lazy.)
More from the article:
'Aniston's style may be laid-back, but she's willing to truly push the limits. "I've been glammed up; I've been glammed down, which is really more me," says the actress. "I didn't wear mascara in [my new movie] Just Go With It. It's fun to transform a little bit—what do I have to lose?"'
UGHGHHHH. Irrational hatred commences now.
