@cosmia I feel the same way. I think the best way to describe it is, it's less like a slumber party now, vacillating between the deep, serious shit and the absolutely goofy. It doesn't make me hang out for way longer than I should anymore. I really miss the 'traveled alone to-' articles, as well as the 'ask a-' articles, both goofy and not, and food stuff, and 'how to be a girl' stuff.
@meetapossum I try for the big changes.... I mean, I'm still trying. Sometimes they stick and sometimes they don't. I think it's important that when ALL THE NEW THINGS don't get done, you don't feel like a shitty failure. That only makes things worse, when you're battling a shame spiral! Also, maybe spread all those new goals out over more than one week? Diving right into the deep end is harder than incremental change. Good job on the goals, though! :)

@QuiteAmiable why don't you make an appointment for like a week from now, and then if it feels better by then you have time to cancel it! sometimes old injuries just hurt again.
