On Dating a Closeted Bi Guy, Discovering a Boob Fetish, and Sleeping With Twins

@hallelujah: I am not suggesting this is unproblematic but the women I know who say this don't say it because trans men aren't "real" men but because they don't want to date straight men and deal with their unexamined privilege. Essentially, they only date other "marginalized" groups.

Wow. How profoundly disrespectful. She should consider herself lucky that a) your choices allowed her to grow up to have the opportunities that she has, b) you clearly support her decisions and her ability to choose what will make her happy (college or not), and c) you didn't smack her in mouth when she said that.

On All Things Converge

@iceberg I just couldn't disagree with you more. Just because someone isn't the right partner for you doesn't mean that they aren't great people with whom you would want to spend time. I feel a little uneasy about people who aren't friends with any of their ex's.

@mackymoo: I lived with my ex for two years after we broke up. I don't really think we spent much time thinking about boundaries. We just treated each other respectfully, didn't kiss or cuddle, hung out with our separate friends for a while and soon started talking about the new people we were seeing.

My ex was the DJ and my wedding. He and I also lived together for two years after we broke up. He's still one of my best friends.

On Ask an Indelicate Question: How Do You Go, Girl?

@Sarah H. This was my thought exactly. Sitting allows you to spread the cheeks and really get in there for the deuce. And the pee drip seems like a really good reason not to stand up to wipe.

@The Lady of Shalott: This is precisely what pinterest is for. At least that's what my husband now says. He pulled a ring directly from my STYLE board.

On Semi-Secret Affairs, Smanging, and the 88 Percent

@AniaGosia This! I'm guessing she might be getting a bit of a glimpse into the reason this mad is divorced. Maybe it was a test? Can she handle the REEEAAALLL ME? Or maybe he was hoping she really was OCD and that she'd clean his house?
