AGREED ON THE WISE WOMAN! Alys is almost beyond redemption and so is every other character. Terrifying. (the best PGreg book is definitely The Queen's Fool)
@Sydney C like like like
@wharrgarbl DYING laughing! Love it! I heard she steals clothes from the mall! And that's not her real hair color! HAHAHA!Hey, I'm a woman, you're a woman, I'll turn around and you can stab me in the back and then you turn around and I'll take my turn!
Life is hard. Why does the Hairpin have to be? Like seriously, girlfriend, YOU put in 50 hours a week at a grueling job and periodically check the Hairpin a couple of times a day and then YOU tell me it doesn't brighten your day! Hairpin - we love and adore you, we are circle of ladies and we disagree and agree and commune and we celebrate this slumber party! Long live the Hairpin!!
I have read her biography. She is a helluva woman.
Let's give it up for Andre! But those concoctions sound lovely, Diana!
AHP - can I request K. Hepburn and her pants and affair w/ Tracy?
"An Affair to Remember, which is basically a Nicholas Sparks film" I fucking DIED! People are looking at me! I am laughing SO hard! Thank GOD FOR AHP!
@Emma_DB OMG can't wait!! There's no hotness like Regency hotness!
@Emma_DB I have actually never read that one either and THIS TIME with An Infamous Army I have picked up some hotness between Judith and Worth and so I Wikipedia-ed and realized that Regency Buck was the Judith-Worth story and now I am SO excited because Worth is so crotchety and can we just admit, as Regency fans, that a crotchety hero is just plain sexy. The more crotchety the better.
