On Smells Like Teen Spirit

Also interesting is the barely hidden Ayn Rand stuff ALL OVER THE STORE. Look around and it's all weird selfishness-as-virtue/objectivist/libertarian rhetoric as far as the eye can see.

On Ask a Fancy Person: First Parties, Working for Free, and What to Do When Your Gym Is Crawling with Children

@cordovan sofa Hey! Thanks for the feedback, miss! I agree with you that gyms aren't a monolith, and people should adjust accordingly. To respond to your concern about the kids, I asked the manager of my gym this morning what he thought, and he said it was definitely a liability that could create an insurance headache or worse and that's why it's important for the kids to stay in the kid space. I wanted to be sure I was giving you good info the pros would back up!

@amarz YES! Want to hang? I want to hang.

@Sunny P@twitter I am about that coconut water post workout lyfe, so I bring it with me along with my water bottle and towel then drink it while I'm walking back to the locker room. That's the best solution I've come up with!

On Ask a Fancy Person: Entry-Level Expensive, Unwanted Guests and the Gratefulness Feedback Loop

Hey, @superfluous consonants! I'm Fancy, and I say write em! Now, you can give them updates on how much your baby loves having The Very Hungry Caterpillar read to him or send a pic of him wearing the romper. And @Dizzy, SO agree. I found a Burberry trench at a thrift store for $30 years ago and it has served me faithfully ever since. I anticipate wearing it into my eighties. Thanks for reading! I'm so glad you liked it!
