On Today's Toy Lunch

@Elleohelle My B- they still make Molly, but now they also make her British friend, Emily? That's not the way this works!

On Today's Toy Lunch

What?! The only original dolls left are Addy and Josephina??!! That makes me kind of irrationally sad. Also though, the fake food is absolutely one of the best things about AG dolls. Remember all of the petit-fours and plastic peppermint ice cream sundaes from Samantha's birthday party?! So pretty!

On Alizé Gold Passion Pineapple Upside Down Cake

@I AM DIAPHENA Haha no I feel you- I was skeptical at first too. But you can't taste the lemon-lime flavor at all, so it just tastes chocolate-y and fizzy and not like alcohol. So good.

On Alizé Gold Passion Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This recipe looks amazing- I am going to make it as soon as I get myself a cast iron skillet.

Also, fun fact about Qream: once you open the bottle, close it again, and let it sit for awhile, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE TOP. 3 very strong men were unable to get the lid of my bottle off, and I also witnessed this in a bar. This leads me to believe that one of the ingredients in Qream is actually Gorilla Glue.

@I AM DIAPHENA I KNOW!! I was going to say the exact same thing. The Swedish Fish vodka tastes exactly like the candy and smells like it, too! All of those sweet flavored vodkas taste wonderful with plain soda water because it cuts down on the sweetness but you can still taste the flavor. Also, chocolate vodka + Sprite tastes exactly like chocolate soda and not a whole lot like alcohol.

On One Kiss, Three (Potentially Four) Brains

I thought the part at the end about some conjoined twins not really needing to date/have relationships because they are essentially already attached to their "soul mate" particularly interesting. I guess I had never really thought of it that way, but it makes a lot of sense.

On Beauty Q&A: Mystifying Dress Codes & The Great Bra Hunt

@Ellie Sounds crazy, but I get some awesome non-underwire Hanes brand bras from Target. I'm a 36C but I get them because I hate how most bras are pushup or have really thick lining because I feel like my boobs are already big enough without all of the extra padding. They're like $11.99 so they're practically disposable, and they have one that's a little stiffer with super thin lining that I wear under sheer tshirts or whatever.

On Beauty Q&A: Mystifying Dress Codes & The Great Bra Hunt

Although this is only tangentially related, I figure that this thread would be a good place to ask- does anyone know of a (light) foundation that keeps oily skin from being oily for at least half a day? Right now I use the Bare Minerals Matte formula, and even then, my skin is oily 2 hours after I apply. I tried Dr. Jart's oil free BB Cream, and it made my face even greasier! I am fortunate to have almost completely blemish free skin, so coverage isn't really an issue- it's more about evening out skin tone. I'm about to try Jouer's Matte tinted moisturizer, but has anyone else had any success with any other products?
