@Bebe when going to sleep, a friend of mine makes noises that she calls her "sleep sighs", which are like, these incredibly loud, exaggerated sigh-like noises. the first time i heard them we were in a hotel room with another friend on a school trip, and she insisted that we all make the noises to see how relaxing they were. the chorus was so loud we woke the people in the next room. relaxing though.
