Happy birthday from a fellow Halloween baby! I only wish that I had second sight...but I'm optimistic that I'll at least get a free drink tonight.
@professionalmess Elementary level or not, I needed to hear this. Thanks!
@all Amazing! You guys are the best. Thank you!
Headed to Toronto next week! Suggestions for things to do/see? Places to sit quietly and do work when necessary? I'm a vegan and don't really like bars, if that helps.
@fondue with cheddar Ahhh that sounds so wonderful! I have the same exact issue with my boyfriend and I'm honestly terrified to move in with him for that very reason. Glad you were able to figure out a solution.
@SmartCookie OK, this are kind of cliche, but: Waterfire if you're there when it's going on, Federal Hill for Italian food. Definitely see the RISD Museum if you're into art, it's free on Sundays! Downcity has lots of unique, quirky shops and the Providence Flea has been going on every Saturday although I haven't had the chance to check it out yet. There are an abundance of great restaurants--it really all depends what you're looking for, but Atwells Ave, Broadway, and Wickenden Street are good places to start. Also check out the Providence Athaeneum, it's a really beautiful old library where Edgar Allan Poe used to hang out! Anyone can stop by and browse, but only members can check out books. Benefit Street and the whole East Side is FULL of immaculately preserved Colonial-era houses and is a lovely place to wander around.
I am into plants, yoga and cats!
@Jenn@twitter yeah, a lot of stuff on there made
@Gulf of Finland Congrats! That's huge.
@RoyRogersMcFreely Maybe Dr. Bronner's? It's environmentally friendly and doesn't smell like high school.
