Been reading for quite a while, and finally decided on a name. Little bit geek, part artist, might sing sometimes, love the maths.
@RisaPlata could you do this testing process on a note card maybe? Or get some tips and do the process, then tape that to the bottle so you will know what to expect in the future? Then maybe you won't be out so much time/acetone?
@cat1788 That's what I was going to ask!
This was beautiful.
ugh... "You're a liar and a dilettante if you dabble" I love this. I am mostly good at stuff but never great. Sounds good, but no drive toward any one thing is hard. I too will be taking this quote to my therapist.
I have a weird normal sized foot. If just length were the issue I could wear a 6. However, since feet get wider and change after childbirth, I usually need a 7 1/2 W. Those rarely fit either. I have made a recent discovery of girls shoes. Cute, sparkly, flats for days, sometimes short heels, actually for real fit my weird sized feet with minimum fuss. Go to the kids shoe section. I also get my gym shoes much cheaper than straight sizes.
On the cultivated look front, I may be too scatterbrained to have one look per season. I choose a look based on how I feel that day. My favorite look so far is Peggy Bundy mixed with Naomi from Mama's Family. I do mix that up with Donna Reed, but most of the time 90's grunge teen (my go to)(I'm 36)(you'll take my flannel from me when I'm cold and dead).
Oh, Yes!!! I will be making these tonight. Thank you for the Bloodfeast.
I am down for this, can we add Ocean breeze blowing hair gently away from face?
I am an introvert for the most part. I've never had a BFF, and generally if pressed now, I would say my husband is my BFF (I know). Unless someone is in my house, or calls me I tend to not socialize. I can spend lots and lots of time by myself and never need the interaction.
I know I am an outlier and I'm lucky to have friends that understand that about me. Either that or my personal vice is so socially accepted that no one blinks an eye. Reading as an escape, socially acceptable since writing began.
I never expected to see an "Ask a Queer Chick" without any comments. Thank you for such good answers as usual Ms. King-Miller.
