Everything about this article is lovely, EXCEPT the fundamental and heinous error of mis-spelling whisk(e)y. It's only whiskey if it's Irish! Scotch whisky (like the beautiful Laphroaig) is whisky, with no e. I don't know what happens with American whiskies, let alone Japanese. They haven't been around long enough to make their wishes known.

On An Interview With Caitlin Moran

@bellekaren Kate-lin is the British pronunciation, too. Caitlin isn't Moran's real name... she invented it at the age of 13 or so (I believe), and just didn't know how to pronounce it.
