Thank you. This is beautiful & heartbreaking. I'm glad you made it back through the surface.
THIS IS REAL LIFE. My real life.
Cherry because of my hair.
Never throw them out! I have a hatbox full of all my old letters and notes. Every so often I go through and read them, and they're so wonderful. I'll cull ones that are standard yearbook fare ("yo how r u?" on a scrap of wide rule), but the rest I keep for the memories they dredge up.
Also: "My wallet, the little love graveyard." Oh, my heart.
DJ or band.
@lobsterhug I've been wanting to get back into the piano but sadly the only instrument I have in my grownup life is my old saxophone. It's just not the same.
Ani DiFranco, Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Natalie Merchant
Learning to play the soundtrack to Phantom of the Opera on the piano
Learning to play “Everything I Do, I Do It For You” on the piano
Aaaaaaaaaaah get out of my memory it's scary in there!
@Carrie Cook@twitter Really? Nobody has ever asked me to remove my glasses, but sorry to bring up bad juju! Also, www.zennioptical.com for glasses you don't have to worry about wrecking (actual beer goggles?).
@vanillawaif That's usually me, too. Being on the other side of the exchange for once was really surreal.
@klibberfish She's actually really nice, and not at all grabby since. Could have been meeting all the friends nerves, increased by booze? I'm not going to ask.
