@SmartCookie Not as such, but I have a TON of friends who have babies due in winter so I'm trying to get handmade baby stuff done by Xmas so I can give them in person when I'm home for the holidays.
And yes, a leeetle stressed.

@emsiela I haven't used the app in ages, so I don't recall exactly what my stats are but I think they're more or less like yours - I just don't sleep very deeply. (Part of why I haven't bothered with the app lately is that I already knew I was a shallow sleeper, so it wasn't telling me anything I didn't already know; plus the alarm didn't start trying to wake me up until I was already lying in bed wide awake.)
My, non-expert, thinking is: everyone's different, and has different sleep needs. I'm a very VERY light sleeper but I also seem able to get by on less sleep than others so it evens out. I'm working on getting a better bedtime routine, and doing shit to improve the quality of my sleep, but I had to quit it with the tracking and analyzing because it was making me feel like something was wrong with me.
