I'm having tiny chuckles at all the bummed out Libras drawn out by this post. Just....you know. So many of us! Where did we all come from? This rabbit is truly cosmic.
@yeah-elle Sad Libras unite! This is the very passage that made me tear up, and that I scrolled down here to comment on. Weirdly enough, I really needed to hear that right now.
A full HOUR of laughing? Chill, yogis. Nobody can laugh that long.
I once went to hot yoga, and they did a five minute laughing thing at the end. We had to lay on our mats and fake laugh to start. One of my friends began giggling before we even started, and after about 10 seconds of fake laughing we all began cracking up hysterically at how stupid we sounded and couldn't stop. Funniest five minutes of my life! I'm laughing now at the memory. Tee hee.
FYI, LW4: My ex was your pretty average straight dude, and he was not really into PIV. He mostly did it because I liked it. He much preferred other ways of stimulation, like handjobs or just rubbing together. Soooo....that's just one man in many, but if it helps, there are at least some dudes who are less enthused about PIV. And we didn't meet via any kink venues either.
@emsiela the last time I fell in love, it happened over a few months but there was no question once I realized it that I loved him very deeply. No, it wasn't butterflies constantly but over the 2.5 years we were together, I was always thrilled to hear from him and just enjoyed him and our time together so thoroughly.
Every relationship is different, though. My sister has been with her husband for ten years and she admitted it wasn't super passionate with him, but he's a steady, kind, funny man who we all adore and she's very happy with her decision to marry him. So....each situation is just so individual and ultimately it's up to you. Sorry! That seems very unhelpful. Good luck!
Oh zut, I forgot about Thanksgiving! That means the entire internet* is pretty much going to be shut down for the next four days. How am I going to distract myself?
*by which I mean, the sites I usually visit which are apparently overwhelmingly American.
@nebula Being blindsided - YES. The worst part.
It sounds like things are going better for you now, which is nice to hear. Thanks for your comforting words!
@adorable-eggplant That actually means a lot. Thanks! *sob*
Adam Levine? Barfamundo.
But what about Tom Hiddleston? Too obvious?
@Sarah Librarian Ahhhhhh, a similar thing is happening to me, it just happened 3 weeks ago. Minus the manic episode, but basically some emotional problems manifested and what seemed like a wonderful relationship ended very abruptly because of them. He was really the love of my life, or so it felt. I'm so sad I just pretty much want to stop existing.
