On Women Real Tired of Your Shit in Art

Hi all, thank you so much for reading and commenting! As you can see here (http://thehairpin.com/slug/stuff-in-art/page/2/), Lili has been doing the Stuff in Art feature for The Hairpin since 2011, and has focused on picking out funny little details that might have gone unnoticed within large paintings. Mallory's hilarious series about Western art history started in July 2014 (http://the-toast.net/2014/06/23/women-listening-men-art-history/) and focuses on the imagined conversations between the people or things depicted in famous or well-known works of art. So, both funny in their own ways, but definitely distinct and the works of two totally different women.

Thanks again!

On The Marriage Plot vs. Twilight vs. the World

I haven't read it, but I totally agree with the idea that if it was written by a woman it would be marketed as chick lit! And it would be made into a movie starring Katherine Heigl in like 5 seconds.
