On The Best Time I Had a Misunderstanding in a Foreign Country
I was yelled at on a train in Germany once, by a woman who was upset because I had put my feet on the seat across from me. At the time I didn't understand what she was saying, but after a minute or two of being confused I did the only thing I could think of and removed my feet from their resting place. She went back to reading her book, satisfied, and I sat there red faced while my travelling companion had a good laugh.
