I believe you mean ellipsis where you have used ellipse.
@adorable-eggplant I'd treat the book the same way. You were better off with The Specials. I haven't thought about the Skatalites in many years, but remember them fondly. As it is, I don't get back into the angsty Salinger and Kundera that I once loved because I'm afraid.
I think younger DangerDangerDanger would think that current DangerDangerDanger is a square who is afraid to FEEL things. Maybe he's right?
@adorable-eggplant Don't listen to Catch-22 any more. I tried and it was not as good as I remembered it to be.
@meetapossum rattling of skillet on the range and cracking of eggs.
@YoungLeafedJune Congrats! You do not need a Subaru, but do need to learn to drive in the snow. Most Coloradans think they can do that but can't. I recommend just taking it really easy and practice sliding around in a parking lot because it's fun and informative. As for where to live, the whole front range is a junkshow of sprawl. You will have to choose whether you want to live in town which is expensive or live in the country and have a long commute which is also expensive (and soul-sucking). The in-between towns suck (in my opinion), and won't save much money or commute time. Oskar Blues is the best!
I still kind of pass on listening to Radiohead because it makes me think of a very specific apartment in Milan and the accompanying mindfuck and hurt. At the same time, sometimes you just need to dial in those feelings. (She also introduced "Mind Sex" by Dead Prez.)
As a committed italophile, I really like this exchange:
"I just love Italy: the food, the wine, the romance. Don't you?"
@Roxanne Rholes I prefer to "put it in the googler."
@TheBelleWitch Those are kind of dangerous as they can lead to overturned beds.
@martinipie Sooo, you're saying that tat is schist?
