Yesterday was the official release date for Midnight Memories, One Direction’s third studio album. Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Yessss!! No? Am I talking to the right demographic? It doesn’t matter. I’m here to talk to you about the important stuff, which is the music.

Since my friends aren’t 12-year-old girls with a tsunami of hormones coursing through their bodies, it took me a full week to con someone into being my “plus one” at a screening of the new One Direction documentary, This Is Us. O-Town is reforming! Re-forming? The original Making the Band alums, known for their hit "All Or Nothing," are giving it another shot, although Ashley Parker-Angel, the blonde one, who ended up getting that reality show about an impending marriage that never happened, a fatherhood that did (his son's name is…Lyric) and a kind of solo career, has refused to come back into the fold, even after the other four members spent a year trying to get him to come back.
