"Sunny Came Home," Shawn Colvin

If you'd like to hear Ms. Colvin in person, she will be performing at a benefit for the Rainforest Action Network this weekend, while Chris Noth sells stuff from his days on SaTC.

"As I made an offer on a single teardrop from Bridget Moynahan, I couldn't help but ask the question: is it a cash bar?"

Great bit of musicology 101. I love songs from pretty much all genres but that doesnt mean i love not All songs from every genre. So many don't get that and just insult other peoples taste in music which to me is a ridiculous thing to do!@a

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR.

I totally (and very randomly) had this song stuck in my head this morning. Get out of my head, Hairpin!

parallel-lines

@LastMinuteLulu SO DID I. And I managed to get rid of it...UNTIL NOW :(

LastMinuteLulu

@parallel-lines Seriously. Everything had been going so well... and then I had to watch the video because HELLO 90s!!

par_parenthese

Oh man, nostalgia. I haven't heard this song in AAAGES. <3

@par_parenthese ME TOO. On the one hand, I'm disappointed I can't listen to it at work. On the other hand, I've heard it so many times that the full song is playing in my head right now. :)

Random, but my name is Sunny and when I first pulled up to my new apartment (moving out of my parents' home) this song was playing on the radio.

Scandyhoovian

I'm feeling pretty proud of my brain right now, I actually remembered all the words and I can't remember the last time I even HEARD this song.

LacunaKale

This was playing in a store today. I lingered.
And while no where near was well remembered, her first album is excellent. Shotgun down the Avalanche is awesome.

90s Hits

Ah, one of my favourite songs to karaoke, i.e. find an instrumental for on YouTube and sing along to it in the bathroom.
