The Fondue-tain of Old Age

Roquefort (and other similarly molded cheese) has been identified as the one and only true key to everlasting health, happy holidays, enjoy!

And here's an actual Roquefort fondue recipe (and another), if you're interested, although perhaps melting it would affect the mold part.

I loooove cheese but am always turned off by the moldy ones. They might taste delicious but I just can't. Maybe if they're melted in a fondue where I can't see the green and blue bits it would be okay?

Yeah, me neither. When I was 16 my Italian boss told me gorgonzola was worm cheese and I can't eat it to this day, though I know it's not the same as casu marzu.

Roquefort is one of my favorite kind of cheeses to be sure. It just has that tangy taste to it that good. It's just a shame I cannot eat it while I'm on the HCG drops diet program because cheese and milk products aren't allowed :(
