A Little Perspective on the Universe

My dad called the other day with some encouraging words: it might be okay to have babies now because they're finding plenty of planets outside our solar system that could potentially support life. Then he added, "they're not sending out any blips though, so that's discouraging." For REAL, Pa. That is the most discouraging — though if it ever happened, it would freak me out so hard. Everyone just watch Moon or this beautiful video for "Tomorrow" from your new favorite artists Niki & The Dove again. Other lessons: get bangs even if you have bumpy hair and wear pearly white eye shadow.

Or maybe don't watch Moon because then you'll have a (high)freakout about the possibility of externally created realities on a bus.

This Niki & the Dove remix is the best song ever to dance to. Let's all dance in our rooms/at our desks to it:

Oh, squiggles

They might have sent a blip! But due to the distance involved, we haven't gotten it yet! Also, they wouldn't have gotten ours yet either.

I cant help but to just wonder about all the things that are happening around us specially in places that are out of our reach. - Dr. Hicham Riba
