I just got back from seeing The Artist and I was both charmed and disarmed by it.
Sad fact, though: my raging estrogen caused me to do the Ugly Cry during the preview for Titanic. It wasn't the sinking ship, the elderly couple spooning in bed as the water crashed over them or Kate Winslet's perfect skin that got me. It was that damned Celine Dion song.
@vanillawaif That preview has made me cry every time I see it, why? (On the other hand, it also makes me laugh hysterically. Specifically, the title card that reads "THE WORLD'S MOST BELOVED AND ACCLAIMED FILM." That James Cameron! So modest! So self-effacing!)

@The Bitchuation Agreed! I offset that by taking in my first foster kitties yesterday :) They are not related (one black one siamese) but are always cuddling together and they love each other so much! It is too adorable to bear.
@Veronica Mars is smarter than me ahhhhh I am so jealous of your foster kitties!!! I want foster kitties! I have two permanent kitties that cannot stand the sight of each other (one siamese, one she-devil). want to do a kitty swap?? (I kid, of course.)

But seriously, these cats are amazing. They were rescued together so at least came from the same home if not the same litter. They are SO friendly! We took them to the boy's parents' house for the super bowl and they explored the whole house and spent time with every person there! And the black one curled up on boy's dad's lap and took a nap :)

So this week I've watched season 1 of Sherlock 3 times, season 2 (series 2?) 1.3 bar times, ordered all the original Sherlock stories, and ordered BOTH series from Amazon.uk for so so cheap!
