I think I could actually do the cottage cheese container part, but I wish I had a pretty singing voice like that. (Also not willing to practice, for fear of someone hearing me.) I guess someone else will have to take care of the vocals in my empty-container band…

Did anyone else play a game similar to this with plastic cups at sleep-away camp? There'd be a lot of clapping and tapping and then you would pass the cup to your left? We used to do this while waiting for our bunk to get called to the food line.
@Lisa Frank I DID!! then in high school i taught all my friends to play it with little pringles cans, and we had so many people going that the principal came and shut it down

This is so cute, but I can't get over them just leaving that girl hanging at the end! She even said "High Five!" in a silly voice! AND it was filmed and now it's on the internet.

We totally used to play a "pass the cup" game in middle school with that tapping pattern, with the solo cups my friend's high school sister kept hidden in the basement.
My naive self didn't realize until college the alternate use for those cups!
@accountessa Yes! The last time you put the cup down, put it in front of the person to your left! We used to play this at summer camp but it was outlawed eventually because we kept cracking all the cups – but wait, we've got lots of old yogurt containers right now. I'm bringing it back. Look out, dude roommates, we're playing a fun game this afternoon.

I hate people saying which version is better… they are different. This is interesting and maybe more soft version, while Robyn's version (for me)is still with more feeling. Yeah she is dancing alone as a freak in a empty hall, but maybe it really the feeling when a heart breaks.
Love both versions. Love all versions of the song.
