Can someone describe what the purpose of trolling is?
I think it's like being an agent provocateur, in that you try to incite the baddies to get themselves into trouble. So, she says a load of insane right-wing Christian crap; millions of Christians or Sarah Palin or Justin Bieber or whoever come out in agreement; they reveal themselves to be the foaming racist blooddrinkers they have secretly been all along; and she WINS! And is not in any way a jaded smug fucking idiot with crap hair and no concept of people actually experiencing real things that hurt.
She's "Tired of eating pizza"? Is that an internet thing? Or just she's just tangentially tired of eating pizza? Is that a thing? Who could get tired of eating pizza? Unless she means like physically exhausted from eating slice after slice after slice.
Members of 4chan (and, also, I counted one Reddit user) posted her home address and phone number, urging other people to find and injure her. She was probably terrified of leaving the house.
Ah – Thank You. Do you think since they had her address and phone number its also possible people just sent her a lot of pizzas? Maybe I should get into the trolling biz.
This whole thing has scared me away from satire forever, but if pizza were a perk I'd deffo reconsider.

But don't you have to PAY for the pizza, when it is abusively sent to your house by those who hate you? So they're only saving you the bother of the call. And they won't know if you're a pescatarian or don't like mushrooms or whatever.

Am I reading too much into it or does she seem pretty satisfied with herself here? I used to think that the internet wouldn't be as annoying if you could look trolls right in the face but this is disproving that theory.

I do, however, feel sort of bad for her only in that the amount of comments she seems to have gotten saying things like "I hope she's raped" and "She needs to be fucked" is kind of disturbing…
